Never block any road which cars  can  cross  while you drive  waiting on line. Eventhough it is a small road or the entrence of a pllaza,you can make a bad  block when your car locates the only way the oposite cars want to turn left  through. Do keep a enough distance  that can easily cross a car between the car just ahead you whenever you are waiting on road and there is a cross road on your right.
